Johnny Lau

It is a sacred privilege to walk alongside others as they listen for God’s gentle voice and recognize His presence in both the pain and joy of their journey. I hold deep respect for the mystery of God’s grace and the uniqueness of every soul. Originally from Hong Kong and now serving as Lead Pastor of a Baptist Church in Montréal, an intergenerational community representing 21 nationalities. I’ve ministered across Presbyterian, Baptist, Alliance, and international church contexts. My life journey includes being a widower, single parent, remarried husband, preacher, and spiritual formation practitioner. Currently completing a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation, I integrate academic and pastoral wisdom with prior experience in forestry, IT, manufacturing, and corporate leadership. I accompany others through prayer, Scripture, and attentive presence.
